The Simplicity™ Menstrual cup is a classic design that must be removed to be emptied. It has a solid stem with grip balls on it to help you grab the stem for help with removal of your cup. Unlike the Easy-Empty™, the Simplicity™ cup's stem can be trimmed off for those with a tilted or low cervix or for those that find a cup stem to be uncomfortable.
