Can I change my shipping address?Updated 5 days ago

If you would like to make a change to a recently placed order, including cancellation or a shipping address change, reach out to our deicated and frinedly customer support team at [email protected]

If the order has not yet processed, we will be happy to help make that change for you. You may also login to your account on www.femallay.com or by navigating there from your order confirmation email and make changes to your shipping address yourself. You will receive another confirmation email when your package ships.


If you package has already shipped, unfortunately we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us in order to make changes and re-ship your order to the correct address.  Placing an order with the wrong shipping address is a surposing common mistake, often cause for autofill settings and previous saved address in your Paypal or ApplePay account or your website browser, so please be sure to double-check that your billing and shipping address are correct before completing the checkout process.
