How do I use a vaginal suppository melt, and is it safe for daily or intimate use?Updated 3 hours ago

Our Moisturizing Suppositories are safe for daily use, so long as you do not have any allergies to any of the organic ingredients contained in them. The Cleansing Suppositories contain therapeutic essential oils that work well to cleanse and kill bacteria, but they should not be used daily or long-term. We recommend following all directions on the box and user guide and always consult with your healthcare provider if symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use. 

To use your suppository melts, separate one from the row, peel apart the shell to remove it from the plastic, and insert vaginally (like a tampon) as far as you comfortably can using either clean hands or the applicator provided in your box of melts. We recommend that you allow 5-10 minutes for the suppository to fully melt before engaging in intercourse.
