How do I make changes to my subscription order?Updated 2 years ago

The easiest way to make changes to an existing subscription order, is by logging into your account on our website by clicking the account icon in the upper right-hand corner. You'll be able to cancel or pause your subscription in addition to making changes to the frequency, quantify, items ordered and delivery date. Keep in mind, changes made after an order has processed and shipped, will not change the current order, but will take affect for future shipments.  If you run into any issues, please reach out to [email protected] and we can make most changes for you as well. (Femallay never sees your payment information, so payment information changes need to be handled by the buyer.)
